The Jungle Bird recipe rediscovered by @thirstmag and shared in 2020. If you google “thirst magazine jungle bird” you’ll find the 4 part story that dives deeper into the cocktail and the drinks creator that took place from 2016-2020.

The drink was first served in 1973, while the bartender's guide is apparently from 1982. So it is possible the drink changed over that period. What’s interesting is that no matter the variation in specs, they all create an enjoyable Jungle Bird. Cheers!
