If you are a huge fan of spicy pepper, this cheap and easy to make pepper rice bowl can be your best friend! Also, it's actually super healthy as pepper contains suparrrr high percentage of vitamin C & A.

Ingredients:
1. Egg x 1
3. Anaheim pepper x 1
4. Red chilli x 1
5. Leek x 8cm length
6. Garlic x 2 gloves
7. Dark vinegar
8. Oyster sauce
9. Light soya sauce
10. Sugar

1. Fry the egg to your preference (I’m a sunny side egg girl.)
2. (Don’t wash) Use the same pan to prep the toppings in medium low heat.
3. Add garlic + leek stir fry it for 1 minute.
4. Anaheim pepper + red chili stir fry it for 1 minute
5. Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tbs dark vinegar + oyster sauce, 2 tbs light soya sauce.
6. Close the lid and bake it for 30 seconds.
