Mini Purple Breads

Ingredients:

500g purple flour
330g lukewarm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 packet dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar, then let it sit for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Add purple flour and salt to the mixing bowl and knead the dough until it has a nice texture.
Let it rest for 30-40 minutes to rise.
Sprinkle some flour on the counter.
Divide the risen dough into 8 equal parts, shape them into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes. Shape them as shown in the video. Brush with water and dip in sesame seeds (optional). Let them rest for another 15-20 minutes on a baking tray to rise.
Make cuts on the top of the bread with a sharp knife or razor blade.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
