Today I bring you a delicious dessert idea, and best of all, it's very easy to prepare! I would say that it's a recipe suitable for any time of year, but it can be even better if consumed in the summer. It's a dessert that uses a fruit that's common here in Brazil, the passion fruit. INGREDIENTS:
Mousse
400g heavy cream
395g condensed milk
300ml passion fruit juice concentrate
300ml of whipped cream

Ganache:
100g of semi-sweet chocolate
100g heavy cream
