My first HOMEMADE POP-TART attempt turned into a strawberry flavored MASTERPIECE!
✨recipe:
2 Pie Crusts
Strawberry Jam
Butter
2 cups Powdered Sugar
4 tbsp Milk
Sprinkles
Directions:
1. Stack two pie crusts and trim the edges off the pie crusts to form a square. Cut into 4 smaller squares and add strawberry jam between pie crusts.
2. Use a fork to poke a few small holes in the top and then crimp the edges. Brush some butter over the pastry and put in oven at 350°F for 18 minutes. Let cool completely.
3. Make icing by mixing powdered sugar and milk together in a bowl, and then pour over top of the cooled pastries. You may need to do this twice if your icing is on the thin side.
4. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
