Rice Noodles with Egg and Shrimp

Serving for 4-5 persons

Ingredients:
- 4 rice noodles
- 150g shrimp
- 3 eggs
- 2 carrots
- 7 leaves of napa cabbage
- 2 shallots
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 100ml sweet soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
- Soak rice noodles in hot water.
- Wash and chop vegetables as desired.
- Heat olive oil, add chopped shallots and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then set aside.
- Add eggs and cook until done.
- Add shrimp and stir until mixed.
- Add carrots and cabbage, cook until tender.
- Add soaked rice vermicelli, then add all the seasoning and sauces. Cook for a moment until everything is well combined and ready to serve.
