So this is me trying to recreate a recipe I saw once that looked delish , it made a great side dish though I will make some adjustments next time so that the sauce is less watered down .That is the thing when you are cooking day in and day out , there will be trials and errors things that could have been done differently but always the opportunity to try again . So I am providing a list of ingredients with no measurements because it really was a sprinkle of this and a splash of that !

Ingredients
-I used baby cucumbers but I don't think it matters
-soy sauce
-sesame oil
-rice wine vinegar
-toasted sesame seeds
-scallions
-dehydrated garlic and onion pieces
-sugar
-chili flakes
-fresh garlic
