Kongguksu recipe:

Broth: Blend 1 block silken tofu, soy milk (or any other nut milk or water, just adjust until it becomes a thick liquid), 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp peanut butter, generous sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds

-Boil somen noodles as per instructions, then rinse in cold water.
-Add ice and broth.
-Garnish with tomato slices, julienned cucumber, boiled egg, sesame seeds
