In a pressure cooker, add 3 tbsp ghee, add 2 tbsp of cumin seeds,2 green chillies chopped, few coriander leaves chopped and 1 tbsp salt.
Add 1 cup of rice and add 2 cups of water.
Then pressure cook for 2 whistles.
