Tips for Cooking Huge Holiday Meals

I have spent a lot of time scrambling to finish cooking everything before (of after) guests arrive for a holiday party, but with a little bit of planning ahead and choosing the right recipes, I made everything in this video in just 3 hours. And that means more time to mingle and eat.

The roaster, and cookware from @hestanculinary made it easy to roast and sautée everything to perfection, and as a bonus, the baking trays looked great for serving as well… I’m always trying to limit dirty dishes. I’m never making gravy in a separate pot again after this. Haha.
