Protein is all the rage now, and now you can make your dessert guilt free by reducing sugar and increasing protein, like Mango popsicles. You could also set them in a tin and scoop to serve.

Recipe -

Alphonso mangoes - 2 cups
Silken tofu - 1 cup
Honey - 4 tbsp
Saffron - few strands
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Blitz everything together and let this freeze over night .
