1/2 Cup grated Tofu
1 Cup chopped mixed veggies
Salt & Seasoning as per choice
Water as required
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Heat little oil in a pan
Spread the mixture evenly and cover the pan
Cook from both side on low heat for 4-6 minutes or until done
