Guys! If you made my Greek Chicken Meatball recipe from the other day, this is the perfect way to reinvent your leftovers. (if there are any haha)

Meatball recipe linked in bio. Or Google search “Healthyish Greek Meatballs”. For the rest of the recipe in this video, simply combine the following.

1/4 cup tomatoes finely diced
1/4 cup cucumber finely diced
2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
Pinch kosher salt to taste
Pinch black pepper to taste
Drizzle EVOO optional
3 Greek chicken meatballs (follow recipe)
Drizzle of honey
Pinch crumbled feta
Pinch freshly chopped parsley
