Ingredients (makes 8):
120g @myvegan Gluten-Free Oats
25g @myvegan Organic Cacao Powder
80g smooth almond
1 mashed banana
70g chopped nuts
3 tbsp @myvegan Maple Syrup
3 tbsp almond milk

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan) or 350 F
2. Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well to combine. It should be quite a wet mixture
3. Divide into 8 equal portions and mould them into a cookie shape on a large baking tray. Sprinkle over a few extra nuts
4. Bake for about 15 minutes
5. Store in a sealed tub
