Bread with garlic and mozzarella
Ingredients :
Dough:
200 ml warm milk (1 cup)
2 tablespoons olive oil
300 g flour (about 2.5 cups)
10 g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Garlic butter:
80 g soft butter
1 bag of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of salt, black pepper, chili pepper
1.5 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped red pepper

Preparation :
Put the dough ingredients into the kneading bowl and knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Cover it and 45-50 min. Leave it to ferment. Cut off the head of the garlic, add olive oil, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes, wrap it in wax paper and bake it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes. Take the soft butter in a bowl and squeeze the softened garlic on it, add the parsley , spices and mix by fork . Transfer the dough to the floured counter and divide it into two pieces. Roll out the meringue with a rolling pin. Spread garlic butter on half of the dough and sprinkle cheese. Bring one side of the dough over the other and fold the edges Seal by pressing with the tip of a fork. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread garlic butter on top again, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then Sprinkle some thyme and chili pepper. With scissors at the base Make 2-3 small cuts and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees upside down for 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
Note: If you do not want to bake the garlic, if it is soft, You can also crush the butter and add it.
