I like to make a different breakfast every day. I'm more of a savoury type of gal, but I do like a natural sweet treat now and again. The soya milk is homemade, but I make it on demand. I boil soya beans, blend the them until smooth and keep the paste in the freezer in handy portions. I then throw the paste in the blender with some water and a date and hey presto! I have soya milk.

I put the soya milk in a jar with 2 teaspoons chia seeds overnight to get the lovely thick consistency for the smoothie bowl base. Use whatever you have available to change up the combinations of flavours.
Today I used; soya milk, chia seeds, blueberries, frozen banana, pineapple, cacao powder, hemp seeds, a date, pumpkin seeds, fresh orange, sesame seeds and a little bit of grated @crayfishbayorganics3942 organic vegan coconut milk chocolate (the best vegan chocolate ever!) from Grenada.
