A pita sandwich where the two halves of the pita are separated. One is fried in olive oil from Graza cooking company and then baby eggplants are halved and fried in olive oil as well and seasoned with salt. fresh tomatoes and the eggplant go in the wrap along with the crispy bread broken up. Add toum garlic sauce and optionally shatta hot chili pepper
