Ingredients:

Dough:
- Flour 560 g
- Yogurt or kefir 200 g
- Butter 160 g
- Eggs 2
- Salt 6 g
- Baking powder 10 g

Filling:
- Boiled potatoes – 800 g
- Butter 60 g
- Chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste

For decoration:
- Egg (for brushing)
- Black and white sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Combine sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
2. Mix yogurt, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
3. Combine the dry and wet mixtures, and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.
4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
5. Mash the boiled potatoes, add butter, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and let cool completely.
6. Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 20 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and cover with plastic wrap.
7. Roll each dough ball into a circle about 10-12 cm in diameter. Place some filling in the center and fold the dough to form a triangular shape, pinching the edges securely.
8. Brush the sides with beaten egg and dip in a mixture of black and white sesame seeds. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with egg.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) on the middle rack, without convection, for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Let cool slightly and serve.
