Egg Dosa Recipe ♥️ Village Cooking
In this "Shorts" video, I am cooking Egg Dosa in village style using fire wood at my village home. I taste this Egg Dosa with Sambar curry and coconut chutney with my daughter Chandeena at the end of this video. The names of ingredients that I used for this recipe are as follows ~
200g of Undu (black gram) flour, 200g of rice flour, 100g of wheat flour, 6g of dry yeast, Gingerly oil, Fenugreek seeds, salt, Egg, onion, chili flakes, black pepper powder and coriander leaves
