These peanut butter cookies are super simple! Just combine 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and one egg. Additionally, you can add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp vanilla. Dish out Tablespoon or so size balls, smash with a fork, then bake off in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until BARELY golden.

Or, you can bake off the balls for the same time, then smush a fun size candy in it once they come out of the oven, and then sprinkle on some flaky salt.
