You will need:

100 g of oatmeal
100 g of rice flour
15 g of crushed flax seeds
12 g baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
80 g coconut or cane sugar
50 g walnuts
40 g of coconut oil or urbech (mannikin)
180 g of low-fat vegetable milk (for example, oatmeal)
45 g of water (for flaxseed eggs)
250 g of bananas + 1 banana for decoration
a pinch of salt
