Wash and clean the brussels sprouts, then boil until tender in water or steam. Using a cup or bowl, mash the brussels sprouts into patties. Mix the olive oil with the barbecue seasoning and rub the mixture over the prepared brussels sprouts. Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C. Enjoy a healthy snack with Greek yoghurt.
