How to make dahi/ curd perfectly at home ❤️

Ingredients:
Full Fat Buffalo Milk - 500 ml
Curd - 2-3 Tbsps
Claypot - Optional

Process :
* Boil the milk & allow it to cool until it’s lukewarm to touch- put your finger in the milk to check the temperature, your finger should feel comfortably warm when in the milk
* In a separate bowl whisk together some older curd along with 1/4th cup of the lukewarm milk
* Pour the curd & milk solution into the rest of the milk & mix the mixture until well combined
* Today I’ve used claypots to set my curd, you can choose to use any bowl of your choice
* If using claypot, apply a thin layer of the curd around the inner surface of the pot
* Pour the curd & milk mix to the bowls, place them on a tray & cover them with a perforated plate
* Wrap the tray in a towel & set it aside on a warm spot for 4-6 hours/ until the curd is set
* Transfer the curd to a refrigerator once it’s set/fermented & allow it to refrigerate for atleast 2-3 hours before serving - this will ensure that the curd is super thick
* Serve this with your favourite foods & Enjoy
