VERMICELLI BOWLS
Vermicelli Noodles
Cucumber
sliced Tomatoes
sliced Carrots
sliced Spinach leaves
Fresh mint and cilantro
Peanuts, chopped
CRISPY TOFU
16 oz block of firm or extra firm tofu
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp avocado oil
2 Tbsp Hot Jiang chili oil
1. COOK NOODLES add the noodles to a large pot of boiling water and stir to cook. Once the noodles are cooked, toss the crispy tofu in the chili BBQ sauce.
2. ASSEMBLE YOUR BOWLS add a layer of spinach and fresh herbs, rice noodles, sliced vegetables, and chili BBQ tofu. Enjoy!
