Recipe 1:
oatmeal 60g (3/4 cup)
hot milk 120ml (1/2 cup)
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 banana
cocoa 7g (1 tbsp)
baking powder 4g (1 tsp)

4 ramekins 8cm
bake at 180C (350F) for 25 minutes

chocolate 30g (1/4 cup)

Recipe 2:
oatmeal 100g (1 cup)
hot milk 150ml (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
1 banana
cocoa 20g (3 tbsp)
chocolate 100g (3/4 cup)
cream 60ml (1/4 cup)

refrigerate for 1 hour

Recipe 3:
1 banana
oats 80g (1 cup)
cocoa powder 7g (1 tbsp)
vanilla sugar
oats 40g (1/2 cup)
protein powder 60g (optional)
baking powder 4g (1 tsp)
water 80-180ml (1/3 - 3/4cup)

baking tin 20 x 30cm
bake at 180C (350F) for 25 minutes

chocolate 40g (optional) (1/3 cup)
walnuts 25g (1/4 cup)
