High protein sprouted moong dal dosa (Pesarattu)

Ingredients-
1. Moong dal-1cup
2. Chillies-4
3. Ginger- 1 coin size
4. Salt-1tbsp
5. Oil-1tsp

Method-
1. Add moong dal to a bowl, rinse & soak it overnight
2. Strain the water & leave the moong dal in the strainer & cover it with a damp towel
3. Add water to the towel, whenever the towel is dry or atleast 2 twice a day
4. After 3days, the moong dal sprouted an inch long
5. Add sprouted Moong dal , chillies & ginger to a blender & blend until smooth
6. Add the batter to a bowl & add salt & water as required
7. On a hot griddle, pour some batter in the middle & spread thin layer, add oil & once it turn brown, turn to other side & place it on a plate & enjoy with upma & any chutney.

*protip- you can add 1/4 cup soaked poha or rice to the moong dal, when blending
