Ridge Gourd Katne/ ಹೀರೇಕಾಯಿ ಕಟ್ನೆ✨

Ridge gourd Katne is something similar to chutney but in a much thicker form. It’s mostly consumed with rice or sometimes with roti. This is one of our traditional recipes from our community in Karnataka. We used to have it mostly with steamed red rice. It’s so delicious and nutritious. You can also store it in the refrigerator for up to three to four days, and it stays so good.
