Delicious Vegan Jalapeño-Cheese Hummus

½ cup soaked cashews
1 ½ cups navy beans
1 ½ cups cannelli beans
4 oven roasted jalapeno peppers
1 roasted red pepper
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
4 cloves garlic
1 tbls tahini
½ lemon juiced
2 tsp salt or to taste
Pepper to taste

Broil jalapeno peppers for 5-7 minutes
Bake red pepper on 475F for 20 minutes or until lightly charred in spots.
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth. Adjusting desired thickness by adding small amounts of water.
Enjoy!
