This is a quick and easy, #single portion, #tomato #onion #garlic #indian #curry and I just made it for myself.

I have posted #cookinghacks on my channel before. I am NOT a professional #chef or #cook and I'm an #amateur at best!

You can make larger portions or add items to the curry and it will still be good. I did not garnish the dish with #coriander but that makes it more #aromatic and #flavourful
